An international consulting company with global presence is currently looking to recruit Soft Skills Freelance/Contractual Trainers for our operation in Greece, for training on peopledevelopment and leadership development skills, with the below requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Business university degree, preferably post graduate
- Minimum 3 years’ training experience in a consulting firm
- Previous training experience in the pharmaceutical market is an asset
- BA in Business Management or related field
- Advanced Training certificates a plus
- Guru in Soft skills Training & Public Speaking
- Greek National – currently based in Greece
Personality Traits Requirements:
- Very professional presence
- Fast learner
- Ability to understand business issues
- Excellent communication skills (inspiring speaker)
- Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and methodologies
